Job Duties
- Set up tables following the banquet event orders
- serve food and beverages to guests promptly
- replenish buffet line food as needed
- monitor guest needs, ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled
- handle any guest complaints
- follow all alcoholic beverage policies and procedures
- break down the event according to company procedures
