Job Requirements
- previous catering or banquet service preferred
- availability to work Monday through Saturday including AM and PM shifts
- ability to follow safety and sanitation policies
- physical ability to perform job duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
- excellent customer service skills
- valid driver's license may be required
- must be willing to obtain a food handler’s permit and/or alcohol servers’ permit if required

Job Duties
- assemble and deliver all food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locations
- log and maintain food temperatures
- arrange tables and decorations
- arrange buffet tables with food, beverage and service items according to standards
- serve food and beverages to guests
- thoroughly clean location after event is completed
- return food and beverages, serving equipment and utensils to catering facility
- distribute and collect customer comment cards for catered functions
- stock, clean and maintain catering facility and equipment
- ensure guests receive friendly, courteous service at all times
- maintain in-depth knowledge of complete menu and products on hand
- maintain clean and safe work environment
- follow safety and sanitation policy and procedures at all times
- perform other duties as assigned
