Job Requirements
- Prior serving, bartending, or catering experience preferred
- Ability to work on call schedule including days, nights, and weekends
- Must be able to perform physical tasks related to event setup and breakdown
- Must maintain food safety standards
- Must have reliable transportation if driving is required
- Ability to provide friendly and courteous service
- Must comply with safety and sanitation policy
- Must be able to obtain necessary permits as required
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver's license may be required
- Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol server's permit where required by state law
Job Duties
- Assembles and delivers food and supplies for catered functions to scheduled locations
- Logs and maintains food temperatures
- Arranges tables and decorations
- Arranges buffet tables with food, beverage and service items according to standards
- Serves food and beverages to guests
- Cleans location thoroughly after event completion
- Returns food, beverages, serving equipment and utensils to catering facility
- Distributes and collects customer comment cards
- Stocks, cleans and maintains catering facility and equipment
- Ensures guests receive friendly, courteous service
- Maintains knowledge of menu and products
- Maintains clean and safe work environment
- Follows safety and sanitation policies
- Performs other duties as assigned
