Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to lift up to 50 lbs
availability for 12-14 hour shifts including early mornings and weekends
ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
willingness to perform dishwashing duties
capacity to work in a physically demanding environment
maintain professional conduct with employees and guests

Job Qualifications

prior catering or food service experience advantageous
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong communication skills
ability to follow instructions carefully
physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs
flexibility to work long shifts including weekends
professionalism and teamwork skills

Job Duties

Assist in the preparation, cooking, and serving of food and beverages as instructed
assist with event set-up, service, and breakdown
prepare and maintain the dining area for service
lift or move up to 50 lbs using proper lifting techniques
handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
be professional and treat fellow employees and guests with respect
wash dishes including possible shifts of up to 10 hours
maintain availability for 12-14 hour shifts with early mornings and weekends included
