Job Requirements
- minimum of 1-3 years of experience in catering sales or event planning
- proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- excellent communication skills
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- experience using Delphi and/or CI/TY software

- proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Delphi and/or CI/TY
Job Duties
- develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve catering sales goals and objectives
- identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts including networking, prospecting, and cold calling
- build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
- conduct site visits, tours, and client meetings to showcase event spaces and catering capabilities
- collaborate with culinary team to create customized menus that meet client needs and preferences
- coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless event planning and execution
- prepare and present detailed proposals and contracts, negotiating terms to maximize revenue
