Job Requirements

  • minimum of 1-3 years of experience in catering sales or event planning
  • proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • experience using Delphi and/or CI/TY software

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 1-3 years of experience in catering sales or event planning, preferably within the hospitality industry
  • proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Delphi and/or CI/TY

Job Duties

  • develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve catering sales goals and objectives
  • identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts including networking, prospecting, and cold calling
  • build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • conduct site visits, tours, and client meetings to showcase event spaces and catering capabilities
  • collaborate with culinary team to create customized menus that meet client needs and preferences
  • coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless event planning and execution
  • prepare and present detailed proposals and contracts, negotiating terms to maximize revenue
