Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in food and beverage management
- Experience in senior living or healthcare environment preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to obtain Serv Safe and CPR certifications within 90 days
- Valid Florida driver’s license
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience managing multi-outlet food and beverage operations in a similar environment
- Prior Senior Living or Healthcare experience preferred along with experience in a high-end service environment
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Serv Safe and CPR certifications or the ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
- Valid Florida driver’s license
Job Duties
- Support the mission, vision, and core values of Fleet Landing Atlantic Beach
- Plans, coordinates, and executes all catered events and special functions
- Serves as the primary liaison between Residents, departments, and vendors regarding event logistics
- Oversees event programming, ensuring smooth setup, execution, and breakdown
- Leads pre-event briefings and post event debriefs to support ongoing improvement
- Manages event billing, inventory, and cost control
- Monitors event budgets, revenue opportunities, and profitability metrics
- Supervises event staff and coordinates schedules to ensure proper coverage and alignment of staffing budgets
- Coordinates with the culinary team to create and adjust menus that meet quality standards and Resident preferences
- Participates in the creation of marketing or promotional materials for special events
