Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in hospitality, culinary arts or related field
- strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- excellent communication, organization skills, and attention to detail
- ability to perform physical activities including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended walking and standing
- willingness to wear uniforms and use personal protective equipment
- ability to remain stationary for periods
- capable of repetitive motions involving hands and wrists

Job Duties
- Booking of events
- selecting and costing menu items
- pricing as needed
- coordinate activities with other internal departments
- participate in management team meetings
- interface with vendors and key service users within client organization
- facilitate external customer relations and represent Aramark and the client at meetings and events
- ensure sanitation, organization, and safety standards through checklists and supervision
- participate in catering training programs and help develop training for employees
- maintain files at the location
- print menu signs
- prepare communication materials for hourly staff including bulletin boards, schedules, and memos
- maintain a professional image
- ability to remain stationary for periods
- perform repetitive motions involving typing and filing
- complete special projects as requested
