Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of banquet and catering sales experience in a luxury environment
- Proven success in hotel, hospitality, or high-end venue sales
- Established professional network in the Houston market
- Track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Professional polish and confidence with high-profile clients

Job Duties
- Drive catering and events revenue for corporate, social, and luxury clientele
- Leverage your existing Houston network to generate new business
- Proactively prospect, pitch, and close high-value events
- Conduct polished site tours, tastings, and client presentations
- Build long-term relationships with planners, corporations, nonprofits, and vendors
- Partner with operations and culinary teams to ensure flawless execution
- Represent the hotel at industry and community events
