Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of banquet and catering sales experience in a luxury environment
  • Proven success in hotel, hospitality, or high-end venue sales
  • Established professional network in the Houston market
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Professional polish and confidence with high-profile clients

Job Duties

  • Drive catering and events revenue for corporate, social, and luxury clientele
  • Leverage your existing Houston network to generate new business
  • Proactively prospect, pitch, and close high-value events
  • Conduct polished site tours, tastings, and client presentations
  • Build long-term relationships with planners, corporations, nonprofits, and vendors
  • Partner with operations and culinary teams to ensure flawless execution
  • Represent the hotel at industry and community events
