Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum three years of relevant experience in catering management
  • Proficiency with billing and tracking software
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and evenings
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously

Job Qualifications

  • At least three years’ experience in high volume foodservice catering position
  • Fluent with invoice creation billing and tracking software
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends
  • Ability to see the bigger picture, anticipate needs, and make proactive decisions

Job Duties

  • Participate in the preparation and lead the presentation of meals and beverages at catered events
  • Communicate, collaborate and lead catering client communications to ensure scheduling, timing and menu development
  • Schedule, manage and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly catering events
  • Collaborate with Culinary Team to ensure correct catering meal preparation
  • Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • Track and present catering results to management
  • Address internal and external client and guest needs and concerns
