Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum three years of relevant experience in catering management
- Proficiency with billing and tracking software
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Strong customer service skills
- Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and evenings
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously
Job Qualifications
- At least three years’ experience in high volume foodservice catering position
- Fluent with invoice creation billing and tracking software
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends
- Ability to see the bigger picture, anticipate needs, and make proactive decisions
Job Duties
- Participate in the preparation and lead the presentation of meals and beverages at catered events
- Communicate, collaborate and lead catering client communications to ensure scheduling, timing and menu development
- Schedule, manage and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly catering events
- Collaborate with Culinary Team to ensure correct catering meal preparation
- Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Track and present catering results to management
- Address internal and external client and guest needs and concerns
