Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in sales or event coordination preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Basic proficiency with computer applications and CRM systems
- Must be able to multitask and solve problems efficiently

- Experience in hospitality sales and event coordination
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficient in CRM software preferably TripleSeat
- Knowledge of event planning best practices and industry trends
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Job Duties
- Manage the full event sales lifecycle from initial inquiry and proposal to contract negotiation and post-event follow-up
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all events ensuring responsiveness and accuracy
- Communicate with interested parties and provide site tours tastings and consultations to convert leads to bookings
- Drive awareness of Thistle Farms Catering and Event services through community and organizational relationships
- Build and maintain a strong client portfolio encouraging repeat business and referrals
- Secure all required event documents contracts insurance licenses credit authorization prior to each event
- Collaborate with culinary operations and service teams to ensure flawless event execution
