Job Duties
- Perform general office duties to support sales and marketing
- prepare sales-related documents such as proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders
- promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
- gather materials and assemble information packages like brochures and promotional materials
- use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty
- enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in sales software
- answer guest questions about property facilities, services, rates, packages, promotions, restaurants, and special events
- serve as the point of contact for clients by phone and email
- follow company policies and ensure professional appearance
- maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets
- welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- anticipate and address guest service needs
- communicate clearly and professionally
- develop and maintain positive working relationships
