- high school diploma or g.e.d. equivalent
- at least 1 year of related work experience
- no supervisory experience
- ability to move lift carry push pull and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance

Job Duties

- use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty
- enter retrieve reconcile and verify information in sales software
- answer guest questions about property facilities and services and serve as the point of contact for clients via phone and email
