Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases
  • update records, files, and reservations
  • answer inquiries from guests
  • transmit information or documents using computer, mail, or facsimile
  • operate standard office equipment
  • prepare letters, memos, and other documents using software
  • handle incoming and outgoing mail including date stamping and distribution
  • create and maintain filing and organization systems for records and reports
  • compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities and transactions
  • follow all company policies and procedures
  • ensure professional appearance and maintain confidentiality
  • welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
  • anticipate and address guests' service needs
  • assist individuals with disabilities
  • speak with clear and professional language
  • answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
  • develop and maintain positive working relationships
  • support team goals
  • listen and respond to concerns of employees
  • move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 10 pounds
