Job Requirements
- Minimum two years of catering or event planning experience
- Ability to commute to Nashville, TN 37205
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
- Experience coordinating with multiple teams

Job Duties
- Lead the creative process for event development from initial concept to execution
- Brainstorm and propose innovative event themes, decor concepts, and immersive experiences
- Create mood boards and visual presentations to bring event concepts to life
- Research industry trends and incorporate fresh ideas while maintaining club traditions
- Develop event proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders with attention to detail
- Coordinate all logistics including timelines, menus, entertainment, decor, audiovisual needs, and special requests
- Serve as the primary point of contact for members and clients
- Ensure seamless communication between culinary, banquet, and service teams
- Oversee event setup to align with planned vision and standards
- Facilitate pre-event meetings with operations teams
- Provide on-site support during events
- Maintain organized system for tracking event details and communications
- Assist in updating event-related documents and calendars
- Support reporting, budgeting, and post-event evaluations
