Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years of catering or event planning experience
  • Ability to commute to Nashville, TN 37205
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Experience coordinating with multiple teams

Job Duties

  • Lead the creative process for event development from initial concept to execution
  • Brainstorm and propose innovative event themes, decor concepts, and immersive experiences
  • Create mood boards and visual presentations to bring event concepts to life
  • Research industry trends and incorporate fresh ideas while maintaining club traditions
  • Develop event proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders with attention to detail
  • Coordinate all logistics including timelines, menus, entertainment, decor, audiovisual needs, and special requests
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for members and clients
  • Ensure seamless communication between culinary, banquet, and service teams
  • Oversee event setup to align with planned vision and standards
  • Facilitate pre-event meetings with operations teams
  • Provide on-site support during events
  • Maintain organized system for tracking event details and communications
  • Assist in updating event-related documents and calendars
  • Support reporting, budgeting, and post-event evaluations
