Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, restaurant, or event coordination
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms
- Strong computer literacy and phone etiquette
- Willingness to learn about wine and viticulture
- Able to stand for long periods and carry up to 50 pounds
- Must maintain professional appearance and conduct
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or Italian) preferred
- Able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekdays, and weekends

Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of event coordination from client inquiry through planning, vendor management, and on-site execution
- Coordinate with outside vendors to fulfill client event needs
- Develop high-quality, satisfactory relationships with guests using hospitality expertise
- Handle event inquiries and maintain communication with prospective and confirmed clients
- Serve as liaison between clients and staff to ensure clear communication of event details
- Delegate tasks to support staff and vendors to ensure understanding and adherence to responsibilities and timelines
- Support event setup, greet clients upon arrival, and assist with event execution as needed
- Follow up with clients timely including Thank You's and outreach for repeat business
- Communicate with kitchen staff regarding event details, dietary needs, and menu timelines
