- Prior convention, event, or catering sales experience preferred
- Creative thinker with food, beverage, and event knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to work independently, multitask, organize, and present professionally

Job Duties
- Crush sales and satisfaction targets including meeting planner scores and food and beverage sales
- Build strong client relationships through phone communication, property tours, and exceptional service
- Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities
- Plan and execute catering and convention events ensuring all details and changes are managed smoothly
- Represent the hotel at local events and promotions to enhance community presence
- Collaborate with sales and catering directors to achieve revenue and sales goals
- Manage food and beverage sales goals and service for assigned properties
