Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 2+ years of sales and marketing leadership experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Opera, Salesforce/Delphi, Envision
- Knowledge of computer accounting programs
- Math skills capabilities required
- Ability to effectively listen, communicate and perform diplomacy with internal and external customers and staff
- High level attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours in a high paced environment
- Knowledge of four-diamond or four-star customer service standards helpful.

- Knowledge of four-diamond or four-star customer service standards helpful
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Opera, Salesforce/Delphi, Envision
- Extensive knowledge of sales skills, revenue management, catering and banquets
- Ability to effectively listen, communicate and perform diplomacy with internal and external customers and staff in all situations
- High level attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of computer accounting programs, math skills capabilities required.
Job Duties
- Possesses excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Responds to new inquiries within 24 hours
- Conducts property site tours with historical knowledge of location and significance of the building
- Provides pricing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
- Executes contracts for new pieces of catering business
- Works closely with guests and tailors each event to the specific needs
- Designs menus with the appropriate food and wine pairing and customizes each event to client's specifications
- Attends weekly client and internal meetings
- Ensures food service quality and function standards
- Oversees the coordination of the Delphi Function Diary
- Provides professional open communication with all team members and clients
- Understands current market trends
- Desires to serve guests and provide an outstanding product with exceptional service
- Possesses superior customer service and employee-relation skills
- Performs any other related duties as requested by the Director and Associate Director of Catering.
