Job Duties
- Respond to inquiry calls and walk-in clients for catering and conference services and log leads in Amadeus
- Assign Catering Manager and Conference Services Manager to inquiries
- Utilize all available tools to provide detailed information to clients
- Handle catering inquiries, walk-in clients and site visits when managers are unavailable
- Facilitate in-house and pop-up meetings and obtain approval for special requests
- Coordinate meetings, weddings, and events and greet clients on-site
- Create contracts and detail event orders for approval
- Maintain files for definite catering business
- Produce internal communications including event schedules, backlog and forecast reports
- Coordinate amenities, ordering, and purchase orders
- Distribute resumes and banquet event orders as needed
- Route add-ons, event pop-ups and revisions
- Compile menu survey and update menus
- Serve as primary contact between clients and internal departments
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
