Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous administrative or hospitality experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

Job Duties
- Handle inquiry calls and walk-in client questions for catering and conference services including logging leads and assigning to managers
- Become a property expert to accurately respond to incoming inquiries and provide information
- Represent Catering during absence of Catering Managers by handling inquiries, clients, and site visits
- Facilitate in-house and pop-up meetings with prior approval and coordinate event orders
- Coordinate definite meetings, weddings, and events including meeting and greeting onsite clients
- Create contracts and detailed event orders for manager approval
- Manage files for all definite catering business
- Produce internal communications such as event schedules and forecast reports
- Coordinate amenities, ordering, and purchase orders
- Distribute resumes and banquet event orders for upcoming groups
- Route add-ons, event order pop-ups and revisions for managers
- Compile menu surveys and update menus annually
- Serve as main contact between clients and internal departments including kitchen, A/V, and housekeeping
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
