Job Requirements
- Minimum of three years catering management and operations experience
- Proven event sales and operations experience
- Strong knowledge of BEO processes and event planning systems
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Experience in fine dining or similar hospitality environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong knowledge of BEO processes and event planning systems
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills for client and team interactions
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules
Job Duties
- Partner closely with internal team members and clients to lead the sales process and produce exceptional events
- Use professional sales techniques, both verbal and written, where opinions and recommendations reflect strong understanding of package offerings
- Manage the customer decision and relationship process for months in advance leading up to events
- Execute contracts, secure client signatures, and enforce payment deadlines
- Create detailed estimates and invoices for clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Accurately update the sales system with all client information, event details, and changes
- Maintain an excellent knowledge of food, wine, and spirits while representing and marketing the brand
- Collaborate with culinary and food & beverage management on menu design and offerings to align with client expectations and brand standards
- Manage a tracker for client requests and upgrades, ensuring all changes are documented and communicated effectively
- Provide regular updates and reports on event performance, client feedback, and revenue metrics
- Oversee the complete BEO process, including initial creation, making adjustments, securing final sign-off, and creating printable versions for distribution
- Conduct client walk-throughs prior to events to confirm details and expectations
- Be onsite during events to ensure all client expectations are met and provide real-time support
- Communicate effectively with onsite team members to ensure flawless execution and quick resolution of any issues
- Act as an operational lead for smaller events, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction
