Job Requirements
- Is at least 19 years of age
- Able to communicate clearly
- Speaks and reads English
- Able to work unsupervised
- Must be confident and an excellent problem-solver
- Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time up to 8 hours
- Can work outdoors and occasionally in extreme weather
- Hears with 100 percent accuracy with correction
- Sees 20/20 with correction
- Has or obtains California Food Handler certification and Responsible Beverage Service certification
- Has an exemplary driving record if driving for the company
- Able to drive company vehicles and has reliable personal vehicle covered by liability insurance
- Maintains personal hygiene including daily bathing and use of deodorant
- Wears clean non-slip shoes, socks, clean black non-denim pants, and button-down Oxford-style shirt with company-supplied apron and nametag

Job Duties
- Maintains a team and guest focus while performing duties
- Demonstrates respect and loyalty to the entire team every shift
- Works independently following all company standards and systems
- Follows all company policies, safety guidelines, and procedures
- Adheres to all Health Department and sanitation standards
- Attends all scheduled team meetings and brings suggestions for improvement
