The Fort Gordon Business Operations Division plays an integral role in supporting the various functions and services within the Fort Gordon military community. This establishment is part of the broader network of Army Non-Appropriated Funds (NAF) activities, which operate to enhance the quality of life for military personnel, their families, and civilian employees working on the base. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- One year of specialized work experience that equipped the applicant with the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of this position or education leading to bachelor’s degree directly related to the duties to be performed
- must possess exceptional communication and people skills in customer service and problem resolution
- preferred is post high school education related to the duties to be performed, experience in sales and customer service as well as knowledge and experience with catering management software
Job Duties
- Prepares contracts for private functions, using established costs
- orders flowers, decorations, etc.
- prepares all related invitation orders, party work sheets and contracts
- assists patrons with time schedules for weddings and other formal functions
- analyzes requirements of the occasion and recommends suitable services, menus and beverage items
- coordinates with club manager, food service staff and patrons
- draws up contracts making commitment for requested functions
