- Forecast demand, manage budgets, and optimize inventory to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Monitor performance and recommend strategic actions to boost sales and enhance customer experience
- Negotiate vendor deals and manage the rollout of new food and beverage concepts
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement category strategies
