Job Requirements
- Desire, drive, and compassion to provide exceptional patient and family experience at all times
- high school diploma or active high school/GED program enrollment or one year of previous job experience required in lieu of HS diploma/GED
- previous experience in health care or customer service is a plus
- ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Act 34 clearance

Job Duties
- Coordinate tests, procedures, and transports
- manage patient charts
- enter physician orders
- update bedboards
- answer calls
- provide courteous service
- distribute mail
- facilitate quiet time or noise monitoring
- greet and escort patients and visitors
- provide information while maintaining confidentiality
- assist with parking and patient belongings
- assemble and serve meals per dietary requirements
- ensure food safety
- deliver patient meal trays and nourishments
- safely transport patients, equipment, and specimens
- maintain transport equipment
- track transport activities
- order, stock, and organize unit-specific supplies and equipment
- monitor expiration dates
- maintain inventory
- follow sanitation and safety protocols
- check crash carts and medical equipment
- complete required audits
- clean and maintain patient rooms and public areas
- replenish supplies
- report maintenance issues
