Job Duties
- Greet guests and determine the number in their party
- seat guests by finding clean, available tables and placing menus
- assist guests in navigating dining rooms and provide needed assistance
- arrange tables, chairs, and settings for groups with special needs
- ensure place settings are complete with napkins and clean silverware
- maintain cleanliness of work areas and practice clean-as-you-go procedures
- monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service quality, safety, and guest well-being
