Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a positive and energetic demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and responsible alcohol service
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to the role
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Your role is to transform a simple meal into an unforgettable event, making the guest experience lively and seamless
- You will be the resident expert on our full menu, passionately guiding patrons through our iconic wings and other offerings, all while fostering the energetic, gameday atmosphere we're famous for
- Every interaction is a chance to deliver a high-five and a genuine smile, turning a casual visit into the highlight of their day
- Proactively greet and engage guests with enthusiasm, immediately setting a positive and energetic tone for their dining experience
- Efficiently and accurately take food and beverage orders, offering knowledgeable suggestions and upselling specials to enhance the guest's enjoyment
- Master the sequence of service to ensure timely delivery of all courses, beverages, and requests from the kitchen and bar
- Maintain a deep and current understanding of all menu items, preparation methods, ingredients, and allergen information to confidently answer guest questions
- Manage table organization and guest needs throughout the meal, quickly addressing any concerns to ensure complete satisfaction
- Process payments accurately, handle cash and credit transactions efficiently, and adhere to all responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, hosts, and other servers to maintain a smooth and high-functioning team environment
- Complete opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned to ensure the dining area is pristine and ready for service
