Job Duties
- Proactively greet and engage guests with enthusiasm
- Efficiently and accurately take food and beverage orders, offering knowledgeable suggestions and upselling specials
- Master the sequence of service to ensure timely delivery of all courses, beverages, and requests
- Maintain a deep and current understanding of all menu items, preparation methods, ingredients, and allergen information
- Manage table organization and guest needs throughout the meal, addressing any concerns promptly
- Process payments accurately, handle cash and credit transactions efficiently, adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, hosts, and other servers to maintain a smooth team environment
- Complete opening, closing, and side work duties to ensure the dining area is pristine and ready for service
