Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in casual dining or customer service environment preferred
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- capable of handling cash and operating point of sale systems
- must be at least 18 years old
- compliance with all company policies and procedures required

Job Duties
- Proactively greet and engage guests with enthusiasm
- efficiently and accurately take food and beverage orders, offering knowledgeable suggestions and upselling specials
- master the sequence of service to ensure timely delivery of all courses, beverages, and requests
- maintain a deep and current understanding of all menu items, preparation methods, ingredients, and allergen information
- manage table organization and guest needs, addressing any concerns to ensure satisfaction
- process payments accurately, handle cash and credit transactions, and adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines
- collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, hosts, and other servers to maintain a smooth team environment
- complete opening, closing, and side work duties to ensure the dining area is clean and ready for service
