Job Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of experience in restaurant leadership roles
  • Proven experience managing both full-service and casual dining restaurant concepts
  • Demonstrated ability to lead with integrity, character, and professionalism
  • Hands-on leadership approach with strong decision-making skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to mentor and motivate teams
  • Knowledge of industry standards for customer service and operational excellence

Job Duties

  • Lead restaurant operations to ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
  • Manage staff performance, training, and development to build a motivated and efficient team
  • Oversee inventory control, cost management, and financial performance to meet business goals
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
