Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- able to stand for extended periods up to 10 hours
- available to work at least 3 days per week including Sundays
- strong communication skills
- prior hospitality or guest service experience preferred

Job Duties
- greet and welcome members and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- manage reservations and maintain accurate seating charts
- escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- communicate effectively with dining and kitchen staff to coordinate smooth service
- handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station and dining area
- assist with opening and closing duties as needed
