Job Duties

  • Assist with the preparation, presentation, and service of fresh dishes
  • support the Head Chef in all aspects of food creation
  • ensure menus are produced to the highest standards reflecting trends and seasonal changes
  • manage food stock to achieve target gross profits and prevent losses
  • create good staff, customer, and client relations
  • maintain health and safety and food safety procedures
  • prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner
  • adhere to COSHH procedures
  • manage waste and stock rotation ensuring wastage reports and reporting discrepancies
  • ensure accuracy of food and liquor orders, maintain stock safety and correct storage according to company policy
