Job Duties
- Welcome questions and educate guests
- Make espresso drinks and other Starbucks beverages in less than three minutes
- Operate espresso machine and Digital production manager
- Identify each drink and delivery
- Perform cleaning tasks according to store standards
- Follow cash handling procedures and policies
- Contribute to store profitability and sales goals
- Learn and demonstrate creating the Starbucks experience
- Offer customer demonstrations and samples
- Discover customer needs and suggest products to enhance service
- Prepare and produce all drinks to Starbucks standard
- Keep guest areas clean
- Respond to customer needs and thank each customer
- Demonstrate Just Say Yes behavior by taking care of customer needs
- Follow store policies and procedures
