Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to work early morning or late evening shifts
flexibility to work weekends
prior Starbucks experience preferred
ability to stand for extended periods
Act 34 clearance
work permit if under 18

Job Qualifications

Ability to accurately count and perform basic mathematical functions
excellent customer service skills
ability to work as part of a team
effective communication skills
ability to use point of service system
previous cashier experience preferred

Job Duties

Welcome questions and educate guests
make espresso drinks and other Starbucks beverages delivered in less than three minutes
operate espresso machine and digital production manager
identify each drink and delivery
perform cleaning tasks following store standards
follow cash handling procedures and policies
contribute to store profitability and sales goal achievement
learn and demonstrate Starbucks experience
offer customer demonstrations and samples
discover customer needs and suggest products to enhance service
prepare drinks to Starbucks standards
keep guest areas clean
respond to customer needs and thank each customer
demonstrate Just Say Yes behavior
follow store policies and procedures
