- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience as a host or in customer-facing hospitality roles
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- excellent customer service skills
- good organizational skills
- ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- manage guest seating and reservations efficiently
- provide guests with accurate information about the restaurant and menu
- coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service flow
- handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints tactfully
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
- assist in banquet operations when required
