Job Requirements
- Have 3+ years experience managing fast-paced, high-volume customer service business
- Proven experience managing financial health of retail operations including P&L
- Ability to create inclusive and dynamic team environment
- Be proactive and self-starter
- Demonstrate solid business acumen
- Proven ability to recruit, motivate, train and retain team
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills
- Possess or obtain Food Manager certification within first 30 days of employment
- Ability to operate machines and equipment
- Visual acuity for safety and accuracy
- Ability to remain stationary for at least 3 hours
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and kneel
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds intermittently
- Ability to grasp, finger, and reach
- Ability to express or exchange information verbally

Job Duties
- Provide frontline leadership to all Team Members
- Manage the financial health of the store including P&L oversight
- Establish and cultivate store culture aligned with Philz core values
- Train and develop team members for professional growth
- Maximize customer service and authentic interactions
- Set goals and manage team performance and accountability
- Partner with district recruiter to attract and retain diverse talent
