Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- basic math skills
- capable of following safety and sanitation procedures
- excellent guest service skills
- ability to work as part of a team
- for Alabama applicants, must be 21 or older to serve alcohol and must adhere to alcohol service policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience beneficial
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- basic food handling knowledge
- ability to stand for extended periods
- responsible alcohol service knowledge for Alabama applicants 21+
Job Duties
- Greet guests with eye contact, friendly smile, and personable voice
- welcome large groups of guests with a positive attitude
- serve guests at concession, handling food while following safety and sanitation procedures
- stock, check, and restock all condiment, grab and go, and concession stations
- clean auditoriums, concession areas, arcades, and restrooms
- remove trash, sweep, mop, wipe counters, tables, walls, and rails efficiently
- verify guests are of legal drinking age to order alcoholic beverages (for Alabama applicants 21+)
- accurately take and prepare guest orders
- maintain adequate stock levels in the bar area
