Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum two years of experience in related maintenance fields
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance and repair methods
- Ability to interpret electrical wiring diagrams and read blueprints
- Competency in building management systems
- Availability to work shifts from 2:00pm - 10:30pm or 10:00pm - 6:30am
- Capable of working full-time
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum two years of experience in related maintenance fields including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, or kitchen equipment
- Knowledge of methods and practices used in preventative maintenance and repair work
- Ability to interpret electrical wiring diagrams and drawings
- Skilled in reading blueprints
- Familiarity with building management systems
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Perform general maintenance, repairs, and support functions in plumbing, kitchen and refrigeration equipment, carpentry, HVAC, and electrical devices
- Receive work assignments via HotSOS and complete work orders as directed
- Notify Maintenance Supervisor or Manager of major repairs or additions needed for lighting, heating, cooling, plumbing, and equipment
- Interpret electrical wiring diagrams and drawings
- Read blueprints
- Conduct preventative maintenance and repair work
- Assist with building management system operations
