Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years of age or older
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- minimum two years' experience in one of the related maintenance fields including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, or kitchen equipment
- knowledge of preventative maintenance methods
- ability to read blueprints
- interpret electrical wiring diagrams and drawings
- knowledge of building management systems
- ability to work assigned shifts 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm or 10:00 pm - 6:30 am
- ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- perform journeyman to advanced level maintenance, repairs, and support functions in plumbing, kitchen and refrigeration equipment, carpentry, HVAC and electrical devices
- receive and execute work assignments via the HotSOS system and complete work orders
- notify maintenance supervisor or manager concerning needs of major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, cooling, plumbing, and equipment
- interpret electrical wiring diagrams and drawings
- read blueprints
- maintain building management systems
- follow safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance
