Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years of age
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- minimum two years of related maintenance experience
- knowledge of methods and practices used in preventative maintenance and repair work
- ability to read blueprints
- knowledge of building management systems
- ability to interpret electrical wiring diagrams and drawings
Job Qualifications

- minimum two years of experience in plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, or kitchen equipment maintenance
- knowledge of preventative maintenance practices
- ability to interpret electrical wiring diagrams and blueprints
- experience with building management systems
Job Duties
- perform general maintenance and repairs in plumbing, kitchen and refrigeration equipment, carpentry, HVAC, and electrical systems
- receive and execute work assignments via HotSOS system
- complete work orders as directed
- notify maintenance supervisor or manager of needs for major repairs or equipment additions
- interpret electrical wiring diagrams and blueprints
- maintain building management systems
- adhere to safety and operational standards
