Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years of age or older
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- minimum two years of experience in one of the required related maintenance fields such as plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, or kitchen equipment
- knowledge of methods and practices used in preventative maintenance and repair work
- knowledge of building management systems
- ability to interpret electrical wiring diagrams and drawings
- ability to read blueprints

Job Duties
- perform general maintenance and repairs in plumbing, kitchen and refrigeration equipment, carpentry, HVAC, and electrical devices
- receive and execute work assignments via HotSOS
- complete work orders as directed
- notify Maintenance Supervisor or Manager of major repair needs or additions to lighting, heating, cooling, plumbing, and equipment
- ensure preventive maintenance practices are followed
- interpret electrical wiring diagrams and blueprints
- maintain building management systems
