Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Two years of experience in one of the required related maintenance fields
- Knowledge of methods and practices used in preventative maintenance and repair work
- Knowledge of building management systems
- Ability to interpret electrical wiring diagrams and drawings
- Ability to read blueprints

- Knowledge of methods and practices used in preventative maintenance and repair work
- Ability to interpret electrical wiring diagrams and drawings

- Familiarity with building management systems
- Strong communication skills
Job Duties
- Perform general maintenance, repairs, and support functions in plumbing, kitchen and refrigeration equipment, carpentry, HVAC and electrical devices
- Receive work assignments via HotSOS, execute assignments and complete work orders
- Notify Maintenance Supervisor or Manager concerning needs of major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, cooling, plumbing and equipment
- Interpret electrical wiring diagrams and drawings
- Read blueprints
- Maintain building management systems
- Ensure safety standards are met in all maintenance activities
