- must be at least 21 years of age or older
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- minimum two years experience in related maintenance fields
- knowledge of preventative maintenance methods
- knowledge of building management systems
- ability to interpret electrical wiring diagrams
- ability to read blueprints

Job Duties
- perform general maintenance and repairs in plumbing, kitchen and refrigeration equipment, carpentry, HVAC, and electrical devices
- receive and execute work assignments via HotSOS
- complete work orders as directed
- notify maintenance supervisor or manager about major repair needs or equipment additions
- interpret electrical wiring diagrams and blueprints
- apply knowledge of building management systems
- conduct preventative maintenance and repair work
