Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years management experience
  • Preferably slots experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook preferred
  • Experience with Point of Sale systems is a plus
  • Ability to manage time effectively with minimum supervision
  • Ability to set schedules and job duties and maintain staffing levels
  • Ability to report shortages and equipment needs accurately

Job Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills

  • Organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Supervise multiple casino and gaming departments
  • Act as Manager on Duty directing all gaming operation team members
  • Implement Title 31 procedures accurately
  • Observe and safeguard company assets
  • Follow all responsible gaming guidelines
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to guests
  • Oversee the overall operation of all casino and gaming areas
  • Supervise, coach, counsel, and discipline team members
  • Orient, train, and evaluate team members
  • Maintain high team member morale through support, appreciation, and recognition
  • Set schedules and job duties
  • Manage team member hours for proper staffing
  • Report product shortages and equipment needs
