Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical cleaning tasks for extended periods
- Ability to use cleaning equipment and materials safely
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow company policies and safety standards
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is advantageous
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures and safety standards
- Strong communication skills including the use of two-way radios
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Maintain the Silverton standards of service to guests and coworkers
- Ensure cleanliness and appearance of all areas including restrooms, casino areas, lobbies, lounges, corridors, elevators, back of house and exterior areas
- Maintain a safe and pristine work environment
- Follow department and company safety standards
- Monitor and clean assigned areas including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash pickup, polishing metal, cleaning glass and mirrors, cleaning slot machines, emptying ashtrays, cleaning baseboards, and restocking paper products
- Check assigned areas for safety and repair issues
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests, spills, and biohazards
- Assist in other areas as needed
- Communicate professionally using two-way radios
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
