Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical cleaning tasks for extended periods
  • Ability to use cleaning equipment and materials safely
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to follow company policies and safety standards
  • Must be reliable and punctual
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is advantageous
  • Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures and safety standards
  • Strong communication skills including the use of two-way radios
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Maintain the Silverton standards of service to guests and coworkers
  • Ensure cleanliness and appearance of all areas including restrooms, casino areas, lobbies, lounges, corridors, elevators, back of house and exterior areas
  • Maintain a safe and pristine work environment
  • Follow department and company safety standards
  • Monitor and clean assigned areas including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash pickup, polishing metal, cleaning glass and mirrors, cleaning slot machines, emptying ashtrays, cleaning baseboards, and restocking paper products
  • Check assigned areas for safety and repair issues
  • Respond promptly to cleaning requests, spills, and biohazards
  • Assist in other areas as needed
  • Communicate professionally using two-way radios
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
