Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous housekeeping experience in casino or hotel environment preferred
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures including fire and safety regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to perform addition subtraction multiplication and division with whole numbers fractions and decimals
- Ability to use cleaning machinery such as extractor vacuum mop and cleaning supplies
- Must be able to accept performance feedback professionally
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in housekeeping in a similar casino or hotel environment preferred
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures including fire and safety regulations
- Effective communication skills in English
- Ability to perform basic mathematical operations
- Preferred experience with Micros or similar POS software
Job Duties
- Clean and polish floors in all public areas including hallways lounges restrooms corridors elevators stairways and locker rooms
- Sweep scrubs wax and polish various types of flooring
- Clean and care for rugs and walk-off carpet
- Assist guests with any questions or requests they may have
- Maintain open communication with supervisors and managers concerning housekeeping and guest service issues
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with team members guest and vendors
- Accept performance feedback in a professional manner
- Perform other related duties as assigned
