Job Requirements
- Must be at least twenty-one years of age
- minimum of six months prior custodian or similar cleaning experience
- valid identification proving identity
- valid documentation establishing the right to work in the United States
- ability to perform physical activities related to custodial duties
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- ability to use cleaning machinery such as broom and butler, vacuum, trash compactor, carpet shampooer
- follow company safety policies
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least twenty-one years of age
- minimum of six months prior experience in custodian, public area cleaning, or porter roles
- ability to communicate professionally using two-way radios
- knowledge of company safety standards and willingness to learn new policies
- capability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor
- ability to follow uniform and appearance standards
- demonstrate teamwork and collaboration
- willingness to accept feedback and adapt
Job Duties
- Maintain the Silverton standards of service to guests and coworkers
- ensure cleanliness and appearance of all casino and property areas including restrooms, lobbies, lounges, corridors, elevators, back of house and exterior areas
- maintain a safe and pristine work environment
- follow department and company safety standards
- monitor and clean assigned areas including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, polishing metal, wiping doors, cleaning mirrors and glass, cleaning slot machines, emptying ashtrays, cleaning baseboards, restocking paper products
- check assigned areas for safety and repair issues
- respond promptly to cleaning requests, spills, and biohazards
- comply with requests to assist other areas as needed
- use two-way radio for professional and courteous communication
- maintain open communication with management
- adhere to appearance and uniform standards
- exhibit positive and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers
- accept performance feedback professionally
- perform other duties as assigned by management
