Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to sit and or stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to maneuver throughout all casino areas including stairs and escalators
- Must be able to lift, carry and or push a minimum of 40 lbs
- Must be able to stoop, kneel, bend, twist, turn, push, pull, grasp objects and operate office equipment
- Must tolerate secondhand smoke, dust, loud noises and bright lights
- Must be able to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Good communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to listen, read and follow instructions
- Knowledge of cleaning agents or dilutions, and proper equipment use preferred
- Good interpersonal skills
- Problem solving skills and an eye for detail
- Must be a team player
- Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity
- Must qualify for, obtain, and maintain a gaming license from the Indiana Gaming Commission
Job Duties
- Deep clean restrooms and sanitize public facilities
- Vacuum and clean gaming tables and chairs
- Remove trash and clean areas around slot machines
- Perform vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, dusting, and cleaning of various surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of floors in assigned areas
- Remove and clean biohazards
- Maintain and clean equipment
- Use equipment and supplies properly
- Report maintenance concerns
- Follow established key and chemical procedures
- Use specialty equipment as needed
- Perform cleaning duties according to maintenance schedule
- Perform other duties as assigned
