Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.) preferred
- Three to six months housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret policy and procedure manuals and maintenance instructions
- Ability to respond to common inquiries from other employees or guests
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- Ability to apply common sense reasoning to various situations
- Must hold a Level 4 Gaming License
- Must be able to stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk or hear frequently
- Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl frequently
- Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to work in noisy, smoky, and potentially hazardous environments
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Clean all assigned public casino areas, restrooms, and offices throughout the casino complex continually
- Ensure all cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment are used per manufacturer’s instructions
- Maintain all work areas and ensure environmental services equipment is free of safety violations
- Report any hazardous conditions or broken equipment immediately to management
- Comply with established safety precautions when using equipment and supplies
- Interact with guests and fellow employees in a professional and courteous manner
- Promote an atmosphere of fun, mutual respect, dignity, and integrity among all casino guests and employees
