Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree preferred
- Three to six months housekeeping experience preferred
- Must possess a Level 4 Gaming License
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as policy manuals and maintenance instructions
- Ability to respond effectively to inquiries from employees and guests
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Ability to apply common sense reasoning
- Physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, balance, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Capability to work safely in a noisy, smoky casino environment
- Successful completion of screening for essential job functions
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Cleans all assigned public casino areas including restrooms and offices on a continual basis
- Ensures cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment are used according to manufacturer instructions
- Maintains work areas and ensures environmental service equipment is free of safety violations
- Reports any hazardous conditions or broken equipment to management promptly
- Adheres to established safety precautions when using equipment and supplies
- Interacts with guests and fellow employees in a professional and courteous manner
- Promotes an atmosphere of fun for all casino guests and encourages mutual respect, dignity, and integrity among employees
