Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree preferred
  • Three to six months housekeeping experience preferred
  • Level 4 Gaming License required
  • Ability to read and interpret policy, procedure, and maintenance documents
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations
  • Ability to apply common sense reasoning
  • Physical capacity to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, and lift or move up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to handle the physical demands and environmental conditions of casino cleaning work

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree preferred
  • Three to six months housekeeping experience preferred
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret policy and procedure manuals and maintenance instructions
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries from employees or guests
  • Ability to perform basic math operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Ability to apply common sense reasoning to various situations
  • Level 4 Gaming License required

Job Duties

  • Clean all assigned public casino areas, restrooms, and offices on a continual basis
  • Ensure cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment are used according to manufacturer instructions
  • Maintain work areas and ensure equipment safety compliance
  • Report hazardous conditions or broken equipment immediately to management
  • Comply with established safety precautions when using equipment and supplies
  • Interact with guests and fellow employees in a professional and courteous manner
  • Promote an atmosphere of fun, mutual respect, dignity, and integrity among all employees
